When you register or join the waitlist, we collect your name, email address, organisation name, and any other information you voluntarily provide.
Our desktop agent collects data on behalf of your organisation, including active application names, window titles, URLs (if configured), keyboard and mouse activity indicators, and periodic screenshots. This data is collected only on devices where the agent has been explicitly enrolled by an organisation administrator.
We collect basic device metadata including hostname, operating system, platform, and a non-reversible device fingerprint used solely for authentication.
Like most services, our servers automatically record information when you use Deskify, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps.

Deskify is a B2B tool. Activity data collected by the desktop agent belongs to the organisation that deployed it. Organisations are responsible for informing their employees about monitoring in accordance with applicable employment and privacy laws.
We recommend that all organisations using Deskify maintain a clear, written monitoring policy and obtain any required consents from employees before deploying the agent.
We retain account and activity data for as long as your organisation account is active, or as needed to provide the service. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, unless we are required to retain it by law.
Individual activity records (logs, screenshots) are retained according to the retention period of your subscription plan.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We use a limited number of trusted third-party services to operate Deskify (for example, cloud infrastructure providers). These providers are contractually obligated to handle your data only on our behalf and in accordance with this policy.
