No Refund Policy

This No Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Deskify Technologies, Inc. ("Deskify", "we", "our", or "us"), including subscription plans and AI token credits. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. All sales are final

All payments made to Deskify are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund except as expressly stated in Section 5 of this policy.

This applies regardless of whether the subscription was used, how many AI credits were consumed, or how long you have been a customer.

2. Subscription fees

Deskify offers monthly and annual subscription plans. The following conditions apply to all subscription purchases:

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing period (monthly or annual)
  • Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period already paid
  • You will retain full access to the Service until the end of the period you have paid for
  • Downgrading to a lower plan does not entitle you to a refund for the difference in price
  • Prorated refunds for unused time are not offered under any circumstances

3. AI token credits

AI token credits are purchased separately and consumed as you use AI-powered features. The following conditions apply:

  • AI token top-ups are non-refundable once purchased, regardless of how many credits remain
  • Unused credits do not expire and carry forward as long as your account is active
  • Credits are forfeited upon account deletion or permanent termination for breach of Terms

4. Free trial conversions

If you sign up for a free trial and do not cancel before the trial period ends, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable fee.

Charges incurred after a free trial converts to a paid plan are subject to this no-refund policy. It is your responsibility to cancel your trial before it ends if you do not wish to be charged.

5. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a credit or refund in the following limited circumstances:

  • A verifiable technical error or billing mistake on our part resulted in a duplicate or incorrect charge
  • You were charged after submitting a valid cancellation request and we can confirm the cancellation was received before the charge was processed

Refunds under these exceptions are issued as credits to your original payment method or as account credits, at our discretion. To request an exception review, contact us within 14 days of the charge at support@deskifyapp.com with your account email and a description of the issue.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer rather than contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution and to provide evidence of this policy to the payment processor.

We encourage you to contact us directly before disputing any charge. Most billing concerns can be resolved quickly.

7. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection or payment laws in your jurisdiction. If a law in your jurisdiction entitles you to a refund that this policy would otherwise exclude, that statutory right takes precedence.
